Terms of service we provide

After the conclusion of the budgeted exchange sessions, the additional extra changes to the project (Text, Form, Writing, Colors, etc.) could create budgeted additional costs, depending on its complexity. The way we work is how it follows: 50% before starting the project and 50% when delivering the final sketches.

The delivery of the final artwork or prints will be done after the second 50% payment through email in a downloadable link. The budget prices expire 45 days later.

We only accept Bank transfers. If you do not respond to our emails or calls about amends, changes, delivery of the project or others after 15 days or more, you will be charged with 50% of the work in the case that you want us to work on it again. All delivery times are counted in “working days” (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included).

We work from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We deliver a legal bill in a period of 7 working days in which Saturdays and Sundays are not included.

Our prices given in contributions are subjected to changes as the market varies, and it does not include taxes.

We are not responsible for damages or material loss caused by the courier service. We are only responsible if you hire our own shipping service. Every work approved by you in an oral or written way will be considered as “chargeable” and not eligible for a refund or for a remaking.

If a refund is agreed on our part, this will be done in the form of a bank transfer in a period of 60 days or less in 3 parts at most.

We will do our best in advising and warning you about any unusual thing we take notice of, but we are not responsible for mistakes in the material or instructions provided by you, whether oral or written (Wrong measures, misspelled artwork, colors, format, resolution, etc.)
